What can I expect to get out of the Big Fish program?
You can expect to be challenged to get critical business basics in order such as a vision for your company, a written set of goals or a clear sales and marketing plan. We will introduce you to some amazing principles that will change how you are leading your team/company. We know that any good company is only as good as its leader. We also know that when leaders take the time to grow themselves – their business also grow. Leaders that choose to grow break through their own glass ceiling!
Are the teleclasses listen only or interactive?
The Big Fish program is very interactive. We do not expect you sit back and listen! We expect you jump in, share your experiences, ask questions, motivate and inspire each other with your success and your failures along the journey.
What do I work on with my coach?
Your coaching sessions are private and confidential. You can address most anything with your coach. They will use coaching skills to help you find real answers to your questions or at least a direction to go to lead you to someone that can help you.
How do I get assigned a coach? And what are their credentials?
Coaches are assigned to you or you can go on our website and choose the coach that you feel will best suit you and your needs through out the program. All of our Big Fish coaches are certified (CPCC’s) and trained via The Coaches Training Institute, therefore they will all use a similar approach and style.
Will I make more money when I am finished with the Big Fish program?
We do not make any guarantees in this respect that is up to you. We will absolutely provide you tools that can make you more money if you choose. And we can point you to Big Fish that have completed the program and are making substantially more money since becoming a Big Fish. See our testimonials page.
How long is the commitment?
The program is a year long. This is designed for a very specific reason, it takes that long to do the work. We find that if we truly want to change how you are doing business, and not stay in the same rut, we need to address behaviors along the way. A year is an amount of time that allows us to get some real projects completed and gives you enough coaching time to become the new improved leader that you are looking to be.
How much time does it take each month?
There are three (3) – one hour teleclasses each month and two (2) - 30 minute coaching sessions each month. So there is a total of four (4) hours scheduled each month. There is also homework and reading. You can spend as much or as little time on the homework as you choose. What we do know is, that the more you put into the program (your own growth), the more you will get out of it!
Who will be in my Big Fish group?
Our groups vary in size from 6 to 12 Big Fish – no more, no less. They are always a group of owners or company leaders of some sort. Most Big Fish are in North America (United States and Canada), however, as long as a potential Big Fish speaks English we are able to accommodate folks from all over the world. We do not ‘take just anyone’ into the program. We truly want leaders to dive in that are motivated to learn, eager to find new ways of approaching business, interested in using hard core business skills and combining them with spiritual principles – they must be ready to create wild success for themselves. Big Fish also need to be ‘coachable’ which is why we offer our free Big Fish teleclass that is combined with coaching, you get to experience us and we get to experience you too!

We guarantee that if you show up for the teleclass, do your homework, participate fully in coaching and bring real coachable issues to the table, YOU WILL CREATE CHANGE for yourself and your business. More than this we do not guarantee.
What does it cost?
What will it cost you NOT to participate in a program that will help you grow and learn??? Monetarily, the program costs $500/month or $5000/for the year if paid upfront (an annual savings of $1,000).
